Assemblies & Committees

The General Assembly meets at the quadrennial International Congress of Pediatric ORL to discuss the annual report of the secretary, the balance sheet of the treasurer and proposals of the Board.

The Members Committee represents the General Assembly in the years that the quadrennial International Congress of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology (ORL) does not take place, and has the duty to meet annually.

The Audit Committee meets to examine the balance sheet and the statement of receipts and payments of dues made by the treasurer, and reports to the General Assembly.

Liaison Delegates represent national societies of Pediatric ORL outside of Europe. There are liaison delegates for:
  • ASPO (American Society of Pediatric ORL)
  • Japan Society of Pediatric ORL
  • Brazilian Society of ORL
  • All Indian Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology.
  • Inter American Associationof Pediatric ORL (IAPO)

The Charity Fund was established after the Bath meeting in 1982 to award prizes for clinical and basic research presented by young researchers at the International Congresses. Information is supplied with Congress announcements.
